Such a simple book but baby has loved it for months. Finally decided to return library copy and get our own. He is one now and likes to imitate the noises that go along w each action verb. "Piggy grunting. Piggy hunting. ..."
Love pigs? Gotta get this picture board book! Know a toddler? Gotta get this picture board book! Great pictures and simple phrases go beautifully together! The expressions on the pig's faces are priceless, too! My daughter's favorite one is at the end, with a teeny, tiny piggie sleeping. Awwwwww! Great series!!!
This book is only good for ages 0-12 months. Definitely not a toddler book. there isn't much reading involved, only 2-3 words sentences. I bought it for my toddler who is obsessed with pigs. The pictures are cute, but my toddler got bored very quickly with it.
My 20 month old is in love with Piggies and giggles every time we read this book. We originally checked it out from our local library and she loved it so much we got our own copy.
This is an awesome board book for the under 2 set. Great photos and simple text keep busy toddlers engaged.
I like these books a lot. My toddlers enjoy them so much. I teach daycare and have ordered several of these Busy books.
The entire "Busy" series is engaging and fun for kids and parents alike. A great way to introduce your child to books, nature, language.
